张岚岚，2022年于上海财经大学信息管理与工程学院，电子商务专业获得管理学博士学位。研究方向为商务智能与大数据分析，数据挖掘与文本分析，用户心理与行为研究。研究成果主要发表在Information Technology & People（SSCI二区）、计算机集成制造系统(EI)等期刊上。主持参与国家级、省级、厅级课题多个。

Lanlan Zhang got her ph. D. degree at School of Information Management & Engineering, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2022. Her main research interests lie in business intelligence and big data analytics, data mining and text analysis, consumer psychology and behavioral analytics. Her studies have been published in SSCI and IE journals such as Information Technology & People, Computer Integrated Manufacturing System. She leaded and participated in series national, provincial and departmental projects.
